Due to unfortunate circumstances, Scoops' picks are quick, short, and to the point this week. If you're looking for no non-sense hard hitting humor, you'll have to tune in next week. However, Scoops wants to be on the record for his weekly picks.

Minnesota (+18) over OHIO STATE: OSU is 0-3 versus the spread. Beanie isn't in game shape yet, Pryor will make plays, but is still a true frosh.

Wisconsin (-6) over MICHIGAN: Wisconsin is better, and will get it done on the road.

SCOOPS' PICK: WISCONSIN 27, MICHIGAN 17

PENN STATE (-14.5) over Illinois: PSU's offensive show keeps rolling. An impressive 3-0 ATS keeps on as well.

SCOOPS' PICK: PENN STATE 45, ILLINOIS 24

Michigan State (-8) over INDIANA: Michigan State will grind out another Javon Ringer performance for the road victory.

SCOOPS' PICK: MICHIGAN STATE 26, INDIANA 13

Northwestern (+9) over IOWA: Iowa's offensive isn't good enough to cover 9 points, especially with the way the 'cats' defense is playing.

Purdue (+1.5) over NOTRE DAME: Purdue's offense is better than Michigan's and won't provide 5 turnovers.

GEORGIA (-6) over Alabama: Impressive win out west for the dogs. Alabama had 10 games within 7 points last year, which scares me, but like every game thus far, the 'dogs are on a mission, and it ain't going to Bama that takes this train off the tracks.

Colorado (+6) over FLORIDA STATE: FSU's offense is awful, and the Buffs are coming off a nice win over West Virginia. Colorado takes it outright. No money line, just straight.

Bowling Green (-3) over WYOMING: Bowling Green is 1-2, but the combined records of the teams that they've lost to is 9-1.

AUBURN (-6) over Tennessee: Tennessee is bad, and they were embarassed by the Gators last week. I think Auburn is able to bounce back from last week's tough loss to LSU.
