Friday Morning Coffee

Peoria Pliers (12:25AM, 9/4/09): Boise. Covers. Huuu-rah! Yahtzee.
Scoops McCracken (12:27AM, 9/4/09): Oregon looked like a bunch of retards
Peoria Pliers (12:30AM, 9/4/09): Agreed. Pac-10 blows.

Well, a great gambling mind once told me that "if you're right 53% of the time, that means you're wrong 47% of the time." That about sums up my night with the Boise State-Oregon game. Oregon looked like a bunch of idiots, and was even still in the game, but they refused to make plays when they had the opportunities.

This now allows Boise State to potentially run the table and be the 2009 representative that can say "Why can't we play for a national championship?" And honestly, after watching Utah against Alabama last year, they have a valid point. What would be fun is for Boise to get one of the BCS games and their opponent to be Notre Dame.

No further comments shall be made regarding the 7-3 "defensive struggle" that took place in Raleigh, NC.
